The 165 years of history, tradition of Vic Salchichón Casa Riera Ordeix will be in the Conde Godó Championship for third year in a row; Casa Riera Ordeix will take part in the recognized Trophy of Barcelona.
From Saturday 22th to Sunday 30th of April, all those who visit the stand of Casa Riera Ordeix situated in the Village Lounge, will be able to celebrate the 165 years of Casa Riera Ordeix and will have the opportunity to taste a selection of “Tapas” with the Vic Salchichón and Vic Fuet as the main characters of this event. The firm, which celebrates 165 years, starts a variety of commemorative events, which have as a background the gastronomy.
In the context of the 65th Edition of the Conde Godó Championship, Casa Riera Ordeix proposes a variety of tapas that combines tradition and innovation gastronomy. The visitors will have the chance to taste traditional proposals as the Vic Fuet with bread sticks, the tapa of beans with Vic Salchichón dices of the tapa mini baguettes with Vic Salchichón. However, Casa Riera Ordeix will also show a daring and innovation tapas as the Sponge of Vic Fuet with goat cheese and dried tomato or the tapa masa madre of Vic Salchichón. Five tapas cooked by the chef Àlex Andrés of the restaurant VicFood of Vic. These tapas point out a typical way of Casa Riera Ordeix’s working based to the esteem, enthusiasm, respect and loyalty to the roots.
