First, we will drain the chickpeas and we will put them in a bowl or in our mixer. We will also add two cloves of peeled garlic and the 50 grams of Vic Fuet Casa Riera Ordeix, which must be peeled and cut into dices. We will add a little bit of olive oil and we will grind all the ingredients together until we have a uniform cream.
Once we have the chickpeas done, we add a pinch of salt and pepper, and we grind it until we have a uniform cream again.
To serve the dish, we will use a wide glass or a bowl and we will fill it with the chickpeas cream and we will add the dices of 50 grams of Vic Fuet Casa Riera Ordeix. Finally, we add a little bit of sweet paprika, a sprinkle of lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. If you want, you can also add some herbs, as rosemary or cilantro.
