~The legitimate Vic Fuet of Casa Riera Ordeix in "Bastón" format is a product to share in big celebrations of one metre long. It is made with the noble parts of the pork —shoulder and lean meat— and natural casing. The drying process of the legitimate Fuet de Vic is controlled and can take up to six weeks. Allergen-free and suitable for coeliacs. Store in a cool, dry place.
