Authentic Vic Fuet builds on traditional methods to produce a truly delicious product.
The authentic Vic Fuet by Casa Riera Ordeix is made using the company's famous traditional methods. First we choose the best quality pork.
The meat is then ground and mixed sea salt and black pepper. Once the meat has been well mixed with the spices, we let it stand for at least 48 hours before stuffing it into natural casings and tying it up.
To dry cure our authentic Vic Fuet by Casa Riera Ordeix we hang it to our curing chamber for a meticulously controlled natural process that can take up to three weeks.
